1. Agreement Overview

This is an agreement between you or the entity you represent (“User,” “You,” or “Your”) and Meta Gas Innovations Pvt Ltd (“Company,” “Gaswale.com,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your use of the Gaswale.com marketplace platform and related services.

By accessing or using Gaswale.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Services

Gaswale.com is an online marketplace facilitating the trading of LPG, industrial gases, other fuels and allied services in India. Users may:

• Register as buyers, sellers, or service providers.
• List, buy, or sell gases, fuels, equipment, and services.
• Process payments and manage transactions through integrated payment gateways.

We do not manufacture, store, or own the products listed by sellers. We only facilitate transactions.

3. User Eligibility & Registration

• You must be 18+ years and legally capable of entering a binding contract.
• Business users must provide valid GSTIN, trade licenses, and regulatory approvals where applicable.
• Registration requires accurate details, and Gaswale.com reserves the right to verify any information provided.

4. User Obligations

By using Gaswale.com, you agree NOT to:

• List or sell unauthorized, illegal, or prohibited products.
• Provide false or misleading business information.
• Engage in fraudulent transactions, phishing, or spamming.
• Violate any local, state, or national regulations regarding LPG and industrial gas sales.

Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or termination.

5. Payment Terms

• Payments are processed via third-party payment gateways.
• Gaswale.com does not store sensitive financial details.
• Sellers receive payments after order completion, subject to deduction of applicable charges.
• Any disputes regarding payments must be reported within 7 days of transaction.

6. Order Fulfillment & Shipping

• Sellers are responsible for timely dispatch and delivery.
• Shipping costs and responsibilities must be clearly stated in the listing.
• Buyers should inspect deliveries upon receipt and report discrepancies within 48 hours.
• Gaswale.com is not liable for delivery failures but may intervene in disputes.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

• Refunds are subject to the Gaswale.com Refund Policy.
• Orders cannot be cancelled once the product is shipped.
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days based on eligibility.
• Disputes must be raised within 7 days of product receipt.

8. Data Privacy

• Your personal and business information is governed by the Gaswale.com Privacy Policy.
• We do not sell your data to third parties but may share necessary details with logistics and payment partners.
• You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials.

9. Intellectual Property

• All content, branding, and technology used on Gaswale.com belong to Meta Gas Innovations Pvt Ltd.
• Unauthorized copying, scraping, or use of Gaswale.com data is strictly prohibited.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if:
• A user violates the Terms of Service.
• There is suspected fraudulent activity.
• A user is inactive for 120+ days (for unpaid accounts).
• Upon termination, all associated data may be deleted without notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

• Gaswale.com only facilitates transactions and is not liable for any product defects, safety issues, or delivery failures.
• We are not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers but will provide mediation support where feasible.
• In no event shall our liability exceed the amount paid by you for the disputed transaction.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gaswale.com, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from:

• Misuse of the platform.
• Violation of laws or third-party rights.
• Product-related disputes or accidents.

13. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

• Any disputes shall be resolved via arbitration under Indian laws.
• Arbitration will be conducted in Hyderabad, Telangana.
• The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.

14. Changes to Terms of Service

• Gaswale.com reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
• Changes will be notified via email or website announcement.
• Continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
