2.1 Defective or Damaged Products
- If the product received is damaged, defective, or unfit for use, buyers must raise a complaint within 48 hours of delivery.
- Supporting evidence, such as images or videos, must be provided.
2.2 Incorrect or Mismatched Orders
- If the buyer receives the wrong product or quantity, they must notify Gaswale.com within 48 hours.
- Sellers will be required to arrange for return/replacement as per their return policy.
2.3 Non-Delivery of Products
- If the product is not delivered within the promised timeframe, buyers can request a refund.
- Refunds for non-delivery are subject to verification with the logistics provider.
2.4 Order Cancellation
- Before Shipping: Orders can be canceled with a full refund if the product has not been shipped.
- After Shipping: If an order is already dispatched, refunds will be processed only upon return and verification of the product.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- Change of mind after order confirmation.
- Product is used, partially consumed, or altered after delivery.
- Non-compliance with safety handling/storage guidelines leading to product damage.

- Provide Order Details – Invoice number, date, and issue description.
- Submit Proof – Clear images/videos in case of damage or incorrect products.
- Review Process – The request will be reviewed within 5-7 business days.
- Approval & Refund Processing – If eligible, refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
5. Return & Reverse Logistics
- If a return is required, the buyer/seller must arrange for return shipping as per the listing policy.
- Sellers must issue refunds only after receiving the returned product in proper condition.
6. Refund Mode & Processing Time
- Online Payments: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
- Bank Transfers/NEFT: Processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
- Cash-on-Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be provided as wallet credit or bank transfer.
7. Seller Responsibilities
- Sellers must adhere to fair return and refund policies.
- Any disputes between buyers and sellers will be mediated by Gaswale.com where necessary.
- Refund-related fraud, false claims, or policy violations may result in account suspension or penalties.
8. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises over refunds, Gaswale.com will act as a neutral mediator and may request additional proof. Final decisions on refunds will be made based on the available evidence and compliance with this policy.
